## Google User Data ### What we access When you sign in with Google, we receive: - Your name - Your email address - Your profile picture ### Optional permissions If you choose to connect Gmail or Google Drive, we may also access: - Gmail: Read-only access to search for emails containing app ideas - Google Drive: Read-only access to import documents ### How we use it - Authentication: To create and secure your account - Personalization: To address you by name - Import: To find existing ideas in your email/drive (only if you enable this) ### What we DON'T do - We never read your entire inbox - We never store your emails - We never share your data with third parties - We never use your data for advertising ### Data deletion You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. ### Limited Use Disclosure MyDea's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use AI

To function as your entrepreneurship copilot, MyDea processes voice inputs and text queries using advanced Large Language Models (LLMs).

Voice Processing: Audio is transcribed immediately and is not stored permanently as a raw audio file unless explicitly saved as a voice memo.
Contextual Understanding: We process your business ideas to provide relevant advice. This data is anonymized where possible before being processed by our AI partners.
Training: We do not use your proprietary business data to train our public models without your explicit consent.

Data Deletion & Retention

You retain full ownership of your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly through the app settings.

Navigate to Settings > Data Controls > Delete Account

Upon request, we will delete your data from our active servers within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations.
